Thought for the Day 5/30/2014

W hat will make you happy? It seems that there is always "something else" that will make us happy.  Will it though?  the Psalmist reminds us in Psalm 16 that everlasting happiness is found only in the presence of God. God has promised us a joy that can never fade if we will only follow the path that He has made for us.    Today, don't strive too much for temporary happiness. Strive more to obtain the eternal happiness that can only be found through and in Him. . -amended from The Daily Psalmist    T hou will show me the path of life:     in Thy presence is fullness of joy;         at Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. -Psalm 16:11 (KJV)
